CUT Production Planning
CUT Production Planning is a planning tool for the corrugated paper board industry, made out of about 20
years of expierience.
Using mature and fast algorithms, based on a solid database, andlast but not leasthaving a
easy to use, graphical user interface, the CUT Production Planning keeps the production cost at a low level
and gives an instant and complete overview of the production and orders.
The CUT Production Planning features multi-taskting and multi-user paradigms. All modules can be used
independently and simultanouslyon one or more computers. Of course, multi-threading is also used
for best reponse times.
A mouse-click in the shown menu leads to more information over the modules of CUT Production Planning.
Benefits
- Permanent overview of the actual order and production situation.
- No lost track of any order due to the complete order management. All transactions are logged for
every order and can be traced if necessary.
- Mathematical exact methods and fast algorithms together with an intuitive, for the corrugated
paper board production tailored user interface significantly reduce the production costs.
- The CUT Production Planning integrates seamless with the existing data processing. Order and
plant data are automatically transfered to and from other applications. Costs and failures due
to multiple manual data entry are avoided.
- All data are automatically tested for logical failures. Erroneous data do not make it to production
and do not lead to damages and losses.
- The planner does not have to adapt his work to the computer. Instead the computer adapts to the
practice of the planner. To support this adaption, all modules can be used independently and
simultaneously on the same or different computers. Even the optimization can be run multiple times
simultaneously on one computer.
